Used robot dogs: which details matter for a valuation?

Two robots with the same name can have different equipment and condition. A useful estimate starts by identifying the individual unit: a percentage of the list price alone does not establish what a buyer will pay. This guide helps prepare the information requested by the ROBOLERO valuation; it does not present ranges derived from completed sales.

Information to prepare

DetailHow to describe it
Model and variantFull name and equipment identified in the documentation
Age and useYear, hours if available and actual use; identify unknown information
BatteryKnown condition and observed runtime, including test conditions
Physical conditionWear, faults, repairs and replaced components
AccessoriesIncluded battery, charger, controller and other items
DocumentsProof of purchase and documented remaining warranty

These details make the description comparable and are considered by the estimate alongside the service’s available data. They do not promise a fixed increase in value: this guide assigns no percentage to batteries, accessories or warranty. Do not invent unknown hours; distinguish measurements from a previous owner’s statements.

Identify the variant before discussing price

Unitree distinguishes Go2 Air, Pro, X and EDU on its official page. Similar appearance does not identify the configuration. Compare documents and equipment with the Go2 Pro page or the correct model in the catalogue. An accessory seen in a video is not automatically included with your unit.

Compare new and used offers for the same configuration, with clear dates and inclusions. Asking prices, list prices, calculator results and completed-sale prices are different kinds of evidence. An indicative estimate does not certify working condition and is not an offer to buy.

From valuation to listing, if you choose

Prepare your robot’s valuation. The existing service requests robot information plus first name, surname, email, city and acknowledgement of the privacy notice; read its terms before submitting. No personal information is needed to read this guide. PDF delivery is subject to the limit stated in the service.

After the valuation you may separately choose to publish a listing. Requesting a valuation does not automatically list your robot or subscribe you to alerts. Prepare real photographs of the unit and describe defects: this guide’s illustrative cover does not document the condition of a robot for sale.
