Privacy & cookies

• Sell your robot: first name, surname, email, phone, city (all required), private seller, company or dealer, the robot's details, price and photos, notes. To value it, publish the listing (without your contact details), forward buyers' messages to you and know there is a real person behind the listing. Contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR). Emails about the market and new listings only with the optional box (consent, art. 6.1.a).
• Contact the seller: name, email, phone if you write it, message, page language. They go to the seller, who replies to you directly; you do not see their contact details. Contract (6.1.b).
• I am looking for a robot: first name, surname, email, phone, city (all required), model, budget. To alert you when a suitable listing arrives and to know the request comes from a real person. Contract (6.1.b); stop whenever you want by writing to support@robolero.com.
• Robot valuation: first name, last name, email, city, robot details entered in the form (model, year, condition, accessories) and the estimate. We use them to show the result, record your request and email you the PDF, subject to the daily sending limit. No promotional emails: listings and alerts require a separate choice. Pre-contractual steps requested by you (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)). The price index uses a copy of the robot data without personal contact details (legitimate interest, GDPR art. 6(1)(f)).
• Notify me when there is something new (the bell at the top): first name, last name, email, phone, city, language and the topics you chose (guides, news, robots for sale). To send you an email when something new comes out among those, and nothing else. Consent (6.1.a): until withdrawn, with the “unsubscribe” link in every email or by writing to support@robolero.com.
• Price index: the answers in the valuation form and the result, with language, device, time zone and a random code of the estimate (it identifies no one); without name, email or address. Legitimate interest (6.1.f) in knowing the used market; linked to your visit only if you accept statistics.
• Answers under the estimate, only if you press the buttons or fill in the optional fields: your view of the figure, what you think it is worth and why, how much you paid, where and when, the three survey answers. Tied to the estimate by its random code: no name, email or visit. To calibrate the price index and show you the average of what others paid (only from five answers up). Legitimate interest (6.1.f).
• Presence on the site, only after consent to statistics: page, device type and referring domain; country only from verified server information. The counter shows consenting visits, not every visitor. No IP is saved. The visit code remains in the tab until it closes; refusal and withdrawal stop collection. Consent (6.1.a).
• Browsing statistics, only if you accept: page views, clicks, scrolling, time, visit path, language, window size bands, device, verified country, first arrival channel and campaign. We also record closed choices in the advisor and cost calculator: use, robot type, skill, assistance, budget band, model and selected countries. Never typed text, your email or exact amounts. Consent (6.1.a).
• City and region of visits, only after consent to statistics: the server may provide an approximate location to understand which areas visits come from. We do not store IP addresses or GPS coordinates in statistical data. Unavailable locations remain unknown; we do not reconstruct locations for past visits. You can refuse or withdraw consent at any time. Consent (6.1.a).
• Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, only if you accept: visit measurement, heatmaps and session recordings with all text and inputs masked. Their scripts do not load before your choice; refusal does not limit access to the site. Consent (6.1.a).

Fields marked * are needed to answer your request; without them we cannot follow it up. Other fields are optional. Only if you accept statistics, the first arrival channel and campaign or invitation codes (utm, ref) accompany presence, events, estimates and forms; they contain no personal contacts and are removed from the tab on refusal or withdrawal. No special categories of data, no profiling or automated decisions with legal effects: the valuation is an indicative estimate. Forms are for adults; a minor’s data is deleted.

Before you choose, we use only technical storage. After consent, Google Analytics and Clarity may add statistical cookies and identifiers. The table lists keys managed directly by ROBOLERO:

Withdraw consent to analytics

• The seller you write to: name, email, phone if given, message.
• The site's database and functions provider: servers in the European Union (Frankfurt).
• The hosting provider, which receives the forms, and the email delivery service: based in the United States, contract (art. 28) and standard contractual clauses (art. 46), copy from support@robolero.com. Their servers keep the IP in technical logs; we do not store it: the valuation service uses it only for one minute, in unrecognisable form, to throttle automated requests.
• Google Analytics (Google Ireland) and Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Ireland) receive technical visit data only after consent, for statistics and masked recordings. See their privacy notices for transfers and retention.

We do not sell data to third parties for marketing.

• Requests, listings and messages: 24 months from the last contact; a listing stays as long as it is for sale.
• Update emails and notifications about what is new: until you withdraw consent; after unsubscribing, the address is kept for 12 months only so that we do not write to you again.
• ROBOLERO statistics: 14 months. Presence: 2 days. Price index and answers under the estimate: unlimited, anonymous. Google Analytics and Clarity retain data according to their settings.

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, withdrawal of a consent (with no effect on the past): write to support@robolero.com, we reply within one month.

Objection: you can object at any time to processing based on legitimate interest (price index and answers under the estimate). For presence and statistics you can refuse or withdraw consent.

Complaints to the Italian Data Protection Authority or to the authority of your country.
