Privacy & cookies
In short: what you write in the forms is used only to do what you ask: value, publish, put you in touch. We also keep an anonymous count of who is on the site and a price index without names. No advertising and no sale of data. Browsing statistics start only if you accept; you can change your mind at any time. What data, for what, on what basis
- Sell your robot: first name, surname, email, phone, city (all required), private seller, company or dealer, the robot's details, price and photos, notes. To value it, publish the listing (without your contact details), forward buyers' messages to you and know there is a real person behind the listing. Contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR). Emails about the market and new listings only with the optional box (consent, art. 6.1.a).
- Contact the seller: name, email, phone if you write it, message, page language. They go to the seller, who replies to you directly; you do not see their contact details. Contract (6.1.b).
- I am looking for a robot: first name, surname, email, phone, city (all required), model, budget. To alert you when a suitable listing arrives and to know the request comes from a real person. Contract (6.1.b); stop whenever you want by writing to support@robolero.com.
- Robot valuation: first name, last name, email, phone, city of residence and the robot details you enter (model, year, condition, accessories). To send you the valuation and contact you about your robot. Consent (6.1.a), via the box under the form: the figure appears only afterwards.
- Notify me when there is something new (the bell at the top): first name, last name, email, phone, city, language and the topics you chose (guides, news, robots for sale). To send you an email when something new comes out among those, and nothing else. Consent (6.1.a): until withdrawn, with the “unsubscribe” link in every email or by writing to support@robolero.com.
- Price index: the answers in the valuation form and the result, with language, device, time zone and a random code of the estimate (it identifies no one); without name, email or address. Legitimate interest (6.1.f) in knowing the used market; linked to your visit only if you accept statistics.
- Answers under the estimate, only if you press the buttons or fill in the optional fields: your view of the figure, what you think it is worth and why, how much you paid, where and when, the three survey answers. Tied to the estimate by its random code: no name, email or visit. To calibrate the price index and show you the average of what others paid (only from five answers up). Legitimate interest (6.1.f).
- Presence on the site: page, device type, referring domain, country; no IP, nothing saved on your device. To know how many people are here and whether something is broken. Legitimate interest (6.1.f); it stops if you refuse statistics.
- Browsing statistics, only if you accept: pages viewed, clicks, scrolling, time, path of the visit, language, time zone, window size, device, country, referrer. Never the text you type, your email or the amount of an estimate. Consent (6.1.a).
Fields marked * are needed to answer the request: without them we cannot follow it up; the others are optional. If you arrive from a link with a campaign or invitation code (utm, ref), the code travels with presence, statistics, estimates and forms: it says which channel you came from, not who you are. No special categories of data, no profiling and no automated decisions with legal effects: the valuation is an indicative estimate. Forms are for adults only; a minor's data is deleted.
Cookies and browser storage
No profiling cookies. Your browser language is used only to show you the right version. Only these keys are kept in your browser's storage:

Who receives it and where it is kept
- The seller you write to: name, email, phone if given, message.
- The site's database and functions provider: servers in the European Union (Frankfurt).
- The hosting provider, which receives the forms, and the email delivery service: based in the United States, contract (art. 28) and standard contractual clauses (art. 46), copy from support@robolero.com. Their servers keep the IP in technical logs; we do not store it: the valuation service uses it only for one minute, in unrecognisable form, to throttle automated requests.
No one else: no data passed to third parties for marketing.
For how long
- Requests, listings and messages: 24 months from the last contact; a listing stays as long as it is for sale.
- Update emails and notifications about what is new: until you withdraw consent; after unsubscribing, the address is kept for 12 months only so that we do not write to you again.
- Statistics: 14 months. Presence: 2 days. Price index and answers under the estimate: no limit, anonymous.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, withdrawal of a consent (with no effect on the past): write to support@robolero.com, we reply within one month.
Objection: you can object at any time to processing based on legitimate interest (presence, price index, answers under the estimate), including by refusing statistics in the banner.
Complaints to the Italian Data Protection Authority or to the authority of your country.
